Mate-Shed Community Workshop

Mate-Shed Open Workshop days are relaxed, hands-on sessions focused on general maintenance, cleaning, and working through whatever projects are happening in the shed at the time.

These aren’t structured workshops — instead, they’re flexible days where you can learn, teach, help out, or just get involved in a way that suits you.

There’s always something to do, whether it’s helping maintain the boats, tidying and organising the shed, or jumping in on active projects alongside others.

Each project will have clear guidelines outlining what’s required, and our Shed Supervisor will be on hand to assist and support you throughout the day.

The focus is on keeping things moving, sharing skills, and building a strong, supportive community environment.

We’ll post a story on our social media the day prior outlining what’s planned for the next session, so you can see what’s happening and decide if you’d like to come along.
